Malta-4

The Marfa Peninsula: Ghadira to Ghadira - 13th February 2023

The plan was to have a sort of short day after my extra extras yesterday. However, this was to end up taking me just as long as the two sections I did the day before.

Someone, a few hundred, or even a thousand years ago has a quiet day and decides to build an arch in the middle of a field? Any wonder people are chucking stones at them.

Guess who lives here in the very big hole? A giant bee keeping, golf playing, lady giant.

Paradise bay. Looks like they have had some fresh cliff falls as well.

The pretend rock looks very good but the sea makes short work of it.

A bit of a strange day today. Taken as a local again by a French woman, nearly trapped in what was once a good looking hotel and lost count of the number of times I nearly tripped on the bollocks of a surface. But most notable, was the damage done to the cliffs by the power of the recent storm - truly awe inspiring.
