Puerto pesquero Santa Luzia to Robinson Quinta da Ria - 17th October 2026
I didn't think that I'd get this in today given all the hassle detailed elsewhere. Finally got to the start around 2.00pm and only after having to take a taxi - much to late for the original bus plan.
Was 24 to begin with but this swiftly rose to 28 and sunny, however, plenty of places on the beach to rest and hydrate.
I left a freezing cold Belfast hoping for some warmth but bloody hell.
The first bit of my what will eventually be contiguous trip along the Algarve. I'm having to bus it out to the starts either side of a hotel and walk back. So today westward, tomorrow eastward. And so on. Much too hot today. Can't take the 28. Just as well there was places to get out of it. But I'm uncomfortable still hours later. Hope tomorrow is a bit cooler.
