Praia do Molhe, Ferragudo to Vale de Engenhos - 23rd October 2026

Many and more cliffs. Never ending up and down, though today I made much better choices and didn't really have any ball tightening bits. Started off nice and cool but soon was banging hot. For some reason no breeze today which made things worse. Only a couple of miles of the things tomorrow and none on the run in to Lagos - joy.


Up and down. Up and down. Hard climbs and steep descents. But some very lovely views too. Stop whining, I hear, most properly.
